A replaceable air cushion powder box, comprising an outer box assembly (1) and an inner disc assembly (2). The outer box assembly (1) comprises an outer box body (10) and an outer box cover (11). An accommodating cavity having upper and lower openings is formed in the outer box body (10). The outer box cover (11) is hingedly connected to the outer box body (10) and can open and close the upper opening of the accommodating cavity. The inner disc assembly (2) comprises a middle sleeve (20) and an inner disc (21). The middle sleeve (20) can be hermetically screwed to an opening side of the inner disc (21), and can be concentrically built in the accommodating cavity together with the inner disc (21). The middle sleeve (20) is further in snap fit with the upper opening of the accommodating cavity. The bottom of the inner disc (21) further can extend or retract relative to the lower opening of the accommodating cavity. The hermetic sealing effect of the inner disc assembly (2) is optimized, and a use method is easy and novel.
