Abstract:
Provided is a replaceable-blade-edge cutting tool having low cost and low deviation in blade edge position. For said purpose, the present invention is provided with: a body (2); and a cutting insert (1) that is attachably/detachably affixed to the body (2). The body (2) is provided with an insert affixing section (21) for affixing the cutting insert (1). Indented grooves (34) are radially provided to a placement surface that the insert affixing section (21) has. Protrusions (12) that fit the indented grooves (34) are formed at the bottom surface of the cutting insert (1) facing the placement surface. The side walls on both sides of the indented grooves (34) have inclined surfaces (34a) that are inclined towards the center of the grooves, and the groove thickness of the indented grooves (34) becomes broader with distance from the center of convergence of the indented grooves (34).
