Abstract:
This replacement unit is provided with a first flow path end portion having a first width, a main body having a second width greater than the first width, a second flow path end portion positioned opposite of the first flow path end portion, and a sliding extension unit comprising a portion that is larger than the first width and that surrounds the first flow path outside of said first flow path, and a portion that is larger than the second width and that surrounds the main body outside of said main body. By this means, it is possible, with a translational movement not involving rotation, to removably mount this replacement unit in an existing conduit in which the distance between the upstream end of the conduit and the downstream end of the conduit is fixed.
