Provided is a replacement unit designed to detachably attach from a prescribed direction between a first duct line end part and a second duct line end part in a manifold of a flow circuit having the first duct line end part and the second duct line end part, wherein in the manifold, the first duct line end part has a first facing surface narrowing in the attachment direction, the second duct line end part has a second facing surface narrowing in the attachment direction, and the replacement unit has a first flow channel end part having a first complementary surface of complementary shape to the first facing surface, and a second flow channel end part having a second complementary surface of complementary shape to the second facing surface. In so doing, even if variability of dimension of the distance between the first duct line end part and the second duct line end part of the replacement unit arises due to manufacturing tolerance, the first duct line end part and the second duct line end part of the manifold, and the first flow channel end part and the second flow channel end part of the replacement unit, can be placed in close contact under a uniform load.
