Abstract:
A report generating device (30) has: a history information collection unit (32) for collecting history information relating to a maintenance operation executed for a facility to be managed by a maintenance person from a facility management system (10) and a maintenance terminal (20); an operation content estimation unit (33) for estimating the content of the maintenance operation executed by the maintenance person on the basis of the collected history information; a report form database (42) for storing a stylized form of a report prepared for each operation content; and a report generation unit (34) for generating a report by filling item data included in the history information in a report form corresponding to the content of the maintenance operation executed by the maintenance person.
