Abstract:
Provided are a reporting system, a disaster prevention system, a reporting method, and a program that lead to more appropriate disaster prevention measures. The reporting system (10) according to one embodiment comprises an acquisition part (12) and a notification part (13). The acquisition part (12) acquires detection information from a detector (3). The detector (3) detects when events that are targeted for disaster prevention have occurred at a facility (F1). On the basis of the detection information, the notification part (13) transmits notification information to the outside of the facility (F1). The notification part (13) can transmit the notification information to both a first terminal (4) and a second terminal (5). The first terminal (4) belongs to a user (X1). The second terminal (5) is a terminal that is not the first terminal (4). The second terminal (5) belongs to a person or an organization that can arrive at the facility (F1) before the user (X1).
