Title:
RESCUE SYSTEM AND VEHICLE SEAT COMPRISING ONE SUCH RESCUE SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2002000301
Kind Code:
A9
Abstract:
The invention relates to a rescue system comprising a back plate (26) which can be fitted into a seat. The rescue system comprises fastening belts (2, 6, 10) which can be fixed respectively at one end, the free ends being tied together. The system also provides intermediate belts (50, 58) which are fixed respectively at one end to one of the fastening belts (2, 6, 10), the other ends being respectively tied together or fixed to the back plate (26). The intermediate belts (50, 58) enable an injured person (100) to be rescued quickly, as only the stationary fixture needs to be detached and the fastening belt (2, 6, 10) stretched before the back plate (26) can be lifted. An ischium belt (42) is also provided. By removing the back plate (26) in a vertical manner when rescuing an injured person (100), said back plate cannot slip down and, furthermore, the legs of the injured person are not bent, which facilitates his/her (100) ensuing transport.
