Abstract:
The present invention efficiently blocks a plurality of reservation quotas. The present invention causes a reservation clerk to register a menu, a resource, a resource group, and an upper limit of simultaneous acceptances; causes the reservation clerk to set a reservation quota by specifying a provision time slot and a fixed capacity and accept reservations from reservation subscribers with the fixed capacity as an upper limit by selecting a reservation quota; displaying to the reservation clerk a reservation schedule management screen for displaying a reservation schedule for each upper limit to simultaneous acceptances of the resource belonging to the resource group; accepts, from the reservation clerk, a block indication for designating one of ranges, among the ranges defined by any period displayed on the reservation schedule management screen and a quota that corresponds to the upper limit of simultaneous acceptances of any resource, for which no reservations have been accepted yet, and registering the designated range as a reservation block quota for which reservations are not accepted, and registers the designated range as the reservation block quota.
