Abstract:
The present invention manages a reservation involving multiple tables. The reservation management terminal: upon receiving an input of the number of customers for a reservation coming to a restaurant at a reserved date/time, displays on a screen icons which correspond to multiple tables arranged in a restaurant, and accepts icons which are selected from among the displayed icons; generates reservation information for each piece of table identification information after the input of the number of reserved customers and the icon selection are finalized, said reservation information including customer identification information for identifying the customer, the reserved date/time, the number of customers for the reservation, and the piece of table identification information corresponding to the selected icons; and when multiple icons have been selected, issues group identification information for identifying a group formed by the multiple tables, and adds the group identification information to the reservation information.
