Abstract:
The present invention relates to a reservation standby and calling system which can be used in banks, hospitals, etc. The reservation standby and calling system according to the present invention comprises: an NFC reader which is disposed at a specific place, and issues a standby order in order to sequentially perform specific work with other users; a mobile terminal into which an NFC chip is embedded, and which, by means of an action of approaching the NFC reader, drives a standby order issue mode through NFC communication; and an order-standby management server which, when the standby order issue mode is driven, creates, according to a request for issuing the standby order of the mobile terminal, a standby order on the basis of the order of a currently issued standby order, transmits the standby order to the mobile terminal via a wireless transmission and reception means, and manages the arriving state of the standby order.
