Abstract:
A reset mechanism (128) for a suspension-based battery swapping device. The suspension-based battery swapping device comprises a fixed portion (11) and a suspended portion (12). The suspended portion (12) can be suspended relative to the fixed portion (11). The reset mechanism (128) comprises: a guide sleeve (1283) connected to one of the suspended portion (12) and the fixed portion (11) and having a cavity and a first opening located at a first end thereof; a guide rod (1284) having a first end slidably inserted into the cavity from the first opening and a second end abutting against the other of the fixed portion (11) and the suspended portion (12); and an elastic member (1281) provided in the cavity, a first end thereof being connected to the first end of the guide rod (1284). The reset mechanism can cancel a non-axial force by means of sliding of the guide rod relative to the suspended portion, thereby extending service life of the elastic member, and enhancing suspension performance of the suspension-based battery swapping device. The invention solves problems in which springs of existing suspension-based alignment devices tend to fail easily resulting in poor suspension performance. Also provided are a suspension-based battery swapping device and a battery swapping method.
