Abstract:
The invention relates to the field of building. A system for separating the components of residual concrete mix comprises a frame having a guiderail fastened thereto, and at least one lifting device on which two or more vibrating screens are suspended so as to be capable of horizontal and vertical movement and of tilting, said screens having different mesh sizes. Situated below the vibrating screens is a water-filled working reservoir with an upper level sensor and a lower level sensor. Situated in the vicinity of the bottom of the reservoir is a pump, connected to a pipeline of a water distribution system, for providing for the movement of the water-cement mixture contained in the reservoir after passing through the vibrating screens. Said pipeline contains a movable regulating spout configured to be capable of determining the concentration of cement according to the density of the water-cement mixture and directing the mixture into a first tank if the density of the mixture is greater than or equal to a predetermined value, or into a second tank if the density of the mixture is less than said predetermined value. A control unit controls the operation of the system for separating the components of residual concrete mix. The technical result is an improvement in the operating reliability of the system for separating the components of residual concrete mix.
