Abstract:
A residual heat reuse system for turbine-boiler integrated heat energy circulation, belonging to the technical field of the energy conservation and emission reduction of thermal energy power equipment. The system comprises a boiler (3), a boiler-side tail heat energy gathering flue gas system (1), a steam turbine (4) and a steam turbine side combined heat-exchange water supply system (2). An economizer (3-1) is provided on the boiler (3); the front side of the boiler-side tail heat gathering flue gas system (1) is connected to the boiler (3), and the rear side of the boiler-side tail heat gathering flue gas system (1) is sequentially connected to a desulfurizing absorption tower (8) and a chimney (9); the front side of the steam turbine side combined heat-exchange water supply system (2) is connected to a condenser (5), and the rear side of the steam turbine side combined heat-exchange water supply system (2) is connected to the economizer (3-1); and the boiler-side tail heat gathering flue gas system (1) and the steam turbine side combined heat-exchange water supply system (2) are connected through a condensate water heat exchange system and a water supply heat exchange system. According to the technical solution, the system recovers heat in flue gas to heat boiler feed water and condensed water to push out high pressure heater extracted steam and low pressure heater extracted steam; therefore, the efficiency of the steam turbine (4) is improved; moreover, heat in the flue gas is recovered to heat air so that the efficiency of the boiler (3) is improved, and heat in the tail flue gas is recovered so that the efficiency of a dust collector (6) is improved; and desulfurization water consumption is reduced and energy conservation and environmental contributing value is improved.
