Abstract:
A resilient exercise athletics relax footwear comprises an upper (1). A shock-absorbing insole (2), a middle-insole (3) and an arc sole (4) which are combined together are provided under the upper (1) in said order. A resilient exercise insole (5) is set in a heel portion between the middle-insole (3) and the arc sole (4). Because the sole is an arc sole, user’s body is in a non-balance station. The user has to find a balance point to control the body’s balance. Therefore, much more energy is consumed and exercise effect is improved.
