Provided are a resin-based composite thin-film material and a preparation method therefor, and a solar cell module. The resin-based composite thin-film material is composed of a fibre material, a resin and a curing agent. A mixture of the resin and the curing agent is uniformly coated onto a fibre cloth made of the fibre material. The weight percentages of components of the resin-based composite thin-film material are as follows: 30%-50% of the fibre material, 35%-50% of the resin and 15%-20% of the curing agent. The preparation method for the resin-based composite thin-film material comprises: premixing the resin and the curing agent, uniformly coating the mixture formed after the premixing onto the fibre cloth with a coating device, pre-bonding the mixture of the resin and the curing agent with the fibre cloth by pressuring and heating, and segment cutting to prepare a resin-based composite thin-film material with a suitable size. The technical solution of the present invention can not only solve the problem of lightweighting a photovoltaic module, but also can render a photovoltaic module encapsulating material capable of meeting the photovoltaic industry technical standards such as ultraviolet resistance, ageing resistance, impact resistance and fire prevention.
