A fastening failure is reliably avoided and the bonding properties between two resin members are reliably maintained. A housing (2) which can be affixed by fastening an approximately rectangular tongue (22) consisting of resin, and a mounting member (42) which consists of the resin, and serves as an object on which the tongue (22) is mounted with a third belleville screw (63), wherein a bearing surface (24a) in an approximately tapered shape for embedding the head of the belleville screw (63) is formed in the tongue (22); and wherein the mounting member (42) comes into contact with the tongue (22), and is provided integrally with a receiving section (48) so as to face the receiving section (48) in which a through hole (44) for receiving the belleville screw (63) is formed in the width direction of the tongue (22) to each other during the affixing of the tongue (22) and the mounting member (42), and is provided with two facing walls (46, 47) which face both ends of the tongue (22) in the width direction with predetermined space (D2) interposed therebetween during the affixing of the tongue (22) and the mounting member (42).
