Abstract:
A resin-bonded superabrasive wheel which has high bonding strength between
the core and the superabrasive layer. The resin-bonded superabrasive wheel
comprises a core (3) and a superabrasive layer (1) bonded thereto, wherein the
core (3) has been bonded to the superabrasive layer (1) through a copper layer
at the interface between these, the copper layer being one formed by thermal spraying.
