Abstract:

A resin-coated flame-retardant fiber yarn (1) of the present invention contains titanium dioxide particles in a resin coating layer (5) in an amount of 4-12% by mass relative to the total mass of the fiber yarn. The titanium dioxide particles include first particles that have a number average particle diameter within the range of 0.6-1.5 μm and second particles that have a number average particle diameter within the range of 0.2-0.4 μm so that the mass ratio of the first particles to the second particles is from 6/4 to 9/1. This resin-coated flame-retardant fiber yarn (1) has excellent weaving properties, excellent transparency and excellent heat shielding properties. A resin-coated flame-retardant fiber woven fabric (11) of the present invention is obtained by weaving wherein the resin-coated flame-retardant fiber yarn (1) is used as a warp (1a) or a weft (1b).
