Title:
RESIN COLORING QUINACRIDONE PIGMENT COMPOSITION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/002459
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to provide a quinacridone pigment composition having high transparency and coloring power, whereof the amount of discoloration during resin forming (color change in a molded plate) is extremely small owing to a high heat resistance, for use in coloring plastics, and particularly, engineering plastics; and, a master batch and a resin formed article containing this pigment composition.
A resin coloring pigment composition contains a quinacridone pigment and a pigment absorbing in a fluorescence wavelength region of 500 to 600 nm. When used as a coloring material for a resin formed article undergoing a thermal history of particularly high temperatures, the resin coloring pigment composition was found to yield a resin formed article whereof the amount of color change, that is to say, discoloration, was extremely small, and thus, the present invention reached completion.
