Abstract:
Disclosed are a coating agent and coating film using a low-cost conductive zinc oxide that has only a small environmental impact and exhibiting lasting antistatic property as well as excellent transparency, hard coat property and light resistance. Specifically, a resin composition for antistatic hard coating is characterized by containing a conductive zinc oxide whose primary particles have an average particle diameter of not more than 0.05 μm as a component A, a fluorine-containing resin as a component B, and an ultraviolet-curing (meth)acrylate having at least one or more (meth)acryloyl group in a molecule as a component C. Preferably, the resin composition for antistatic hard coating is further characterized in that the fluorine-containing resin is a copolymer of a fluoroolefin monomer and a monomer having a carbon-carbon double bond. Also disclosed is an antistatic hard coating film obtained by using such a resin composition.
