Abstract:
Provided is a resin composition for producing a coating composition which provides a coating film that has excellent appearance, wear resistance and hardness. A resin composition according to the present invention contains a compound A having a branched structure that has a hydroxyl group at an end, a polyisocyanate B, and inorganic particles C; and each one of the inorganic particles C has a functional group on the surface, said functional group being reactive with a hydroxyl group or an isocyanate group.
