Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention provides a photosensitive composition and an organic light emitting display device employing same, wherein the photosensitive composition is prepared using silica particles having reactive functional groups introduced to the surface thereof so as to be given high photosensitivity, and a highly reliable cured pattern is obtained even from post-heat treatment performed at a low temperature.
