Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a thermosetting resin composition for a flattened film or microlens. [Solution] A resin composition for a flattened film or microlens, the resin composition containing a solvent and a copolymer having the structural unit expressed in formula (1) and the structural unit expressed in formula (2). (In the formulae: each R0 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R1 represents a single bond or a C1-5 alkylene group, the alkylene group optionally having an ether bond on the main chain; and R2 represents an epoxy group or a C5-12 organic group having an epoxy ring.)
