Provided are: a resin composition for foam-molded articles which contains a thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent gas barrier properties (oxygen barrier properties); foam-molded articles configured from the resin composition; and a container stopper configured therefrom. A resin composition for foam-molded articles which exhibits an expansion ratio of 1.1 to 2.5, containing a thermoplastic elastomer composition that comprises (I) 100 parts by mass of a block copolymer comprising (A) an aromatic vinyl polymer block and (B) a conjugated diene polymer block or a product of hydrogenation of the block copolymer and (II) 10 to 150 parts by mass of a tackifier resin and that exhibits an oxygen permeability constant of less than 25000cc ∙20μm/m2∙day∙atm as determined using a 300-μm-thick, film-shaped specimen and according to JIS K 7126-1 (differential-pressure method); foam-molded articles configured from the resin composition; and a container stopper configured therefrom.
