Abstract:
Provided are: a resin composition which uses a resin having an alcoholic hydroxyl group and/or a carboxy group as a crosslinking group, and exhibits excellent crosslinking reactivity from a polycarbodiimide compound or a polyoxazoline compound even at a reaction temperature which is low enough that no discoloration or thermal decomposition of said resin occurs; a resin material containing the same; and a resin crosslinked body, which is a reaction product of the resin composition. The provided resin composition contains (A) one or more types of resin including an alcoholic hydroxyl group or a carboxy group, (B) one or more types of crosslinking agent selected from a polycarbodiimide compound and a polyoxazoline compound, and (C) a prescribed organic metal compound. Also provided are the resin material which uses the same, and the resin crosslinked body.
