Abstract:
This resin composition contains cellulose nanofibers and a resin component; and the resin component is composed of at least one resin selected from the group consisting of water-soluble resins, water-dispersible resins, thermoplastic resins having a solubility parameter within the range of 14-9.5 (cal/cm3)1/2, and modified resins of these thermoplastic resins having at least one solvent solubility selected from among water solubility and alcohol solubility. Consequently, the present invention enables the achievement of a resin composition which has excellent mechanical characteristics and other characteristics, while having improved dispersibility of cellulose nanofibers in a resin component and enhanced bonding strength at the interfaces between the cellulose nanofibers and the resin component.
