Abstract:
Provided is a resin composition that: has excellent abrasion resistance, and, specifically, has high transparency retention from before to after abrasion testing; and also has excellent extrudability. Also provided is a molded article that uses the resin composition. A resin composition that includes 0.4–10.0 parts by mass of an ester compound (B) per 100 parts by mass of a polycarbonate resin (A). At least 50 mol% of the structural units of the polycarbonate resin (A) are structural units represented by formula (1). A 2-mm-thick test piece formed from the resin composition has a haze of no more than 5.0% and a coefficient of dynamic friction, as based on ISO 19252, of no more than 0.35 for a load of 30 N. In formula (1), R1 represent a methyl group.
