Abstract:
A resin composition according to the present invention contains a resin component, aluminum hydroxide, expanded graphite and a flame retardant. The flame retardant contains a phosphorus-containing flame retardant and a nitrogen-containing flame retardant. With respect to this resin composition, the content of the expanded graphite relative to 100 parts by mass of the resin component, the content of phosphorus in the phosphorus-containing flame retardant relative to 100 parts by mass of the resin component, the mass ratio of the content of nitrogen in the nitrogen-containing flame retardant relative to the content of phosphorus in the phosphorus-containing flame retardant, and the mass ratio of the content of the expanded graphite relative to the content of phosphorus in the phosphorus-containing flame retardant are within specific ranges.
