Abstract:

A resin composition which comprises a thermosetting resin, a functional-group-modified copolymer, and an inorganic filler, wherein the functional-group-modified copolymer has alkyl (meth)acrylate units of two or more kinds or has alkyl (meth)acrylate units of one or more kinds and acrylonitrile units, at least some of the alkyl ester groups possessed by the alkyl (meth)acrylate units and/or of the cyano groups possessed by the acrylonitrile units having been modified into groups of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of epoxy, carboxyl, and amide groups.
