Abstract:
A resin composition which contains (A) a cyclic epoxy-modified silicone compound represented by formula (1), (B) a cyanic acid ester compound and/or (C) a phenolic resin, and (D) an inorganic filler. (In formula (1), each Ra independently represents an organic group having an epoxy group; each Rb independently represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; x represents an integer of 0-2; and y represents an integer of 1-6. In addition, siloxane units with a subscript x and siloxane units with a subscript y are randomly arranged.)
