Abstract:
Provided are: a resin composition which has excellent heat resistance, exhibits high optical reflectance in an ultraviolet light region and a visible light region, rarely undergoes the deterioration in optical reflectance when subjected to a heat treatment, and can be used suitably for a printed wiring board to be mounted on an LED; and a prepreg, a metal-foil-cladded laminate board and the like, each of which is produced using the resin composition. This resin composition comprises (A) a fluorene-containing epoxy resin having a specific structure, (B) an acid anhydride of a completely or partially hydrogenated product of an aromatic polycarboxylic acid, (C) titanium dioxide, and (D) a wetting dispersant.
