Abstract:
Provided are: a resin composition which has high optical reflectance in the ultraviolet light region and visible light region, which shows only a small reduction in optical reflectance by heat treatment and photo irradiation process, which has excellent peel strength with metal foil and heat resistance, and which can be used favorably for printed wiring boards for LED mounting; and a prepreg and metal foil clad laminate using same. This resin composition comprises an aliphatic epoxy modifying silicone compound (A), a multibranched imide resin (B) containing an isocyanurate ring and carboxyl group, titanium dioxide (C) and a dispersing agent (D).
