Abstract:
This resin composition comprises (A) a maleimide derivative represented by general formula (1) and (B) a bismaleimide compound represented by general formula (2). In general formula (1), R1 represents a linear or branched alkylene group having 1 or more carbon atoms; and R2 represents a linear or branched alkyl group having 5 or more carbon atoms; wherein the sum total of the number of the carbon atoms contained in R1 and the number of the carbon atoms contained in R2 is 10 or less. In general formula (2), X1 represents -O-, -COO- or -OCOO-; R3 represents a linear or branched alkylene group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms; R4 represents a linear or branched alkylene group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms; and m represents an integer of 1 to 50 inclusive.
