Abstract:
A resin composition excellent in acid resistance, etc. The resin composition comprises an epoxidized polymer and a branched dicarboxylic acid in which the two carboxy groups are separated by an alkylene having a linear part with four or more carbon atoms. Also provided are: a coating material containing the resin composition; and a cured article obtained by curing the resin composition. Examples of the epoxidized polymer include an epoxidized vinyl copolymer. Examples of the branched dicarboxylic acid include a dicarboxylic acid having a pendant C1-8 alkyl group.
