Abstract:
Disclosed is a resin crosslinking agent capable of increasing scuffing resistance and chemical resistance when a carbodiimide compound is added to an aqueous resin as a crosslinking agent. The resin crosslinking agent comprises a hydrated liquid compound, and a carbodiimide compound which has one or more carbodiimide groups and which is formed by capping the terminals thereof with: (hydrophilic organic compound I) a compound of at least one of a dialkylamino alcohol, a hydroxycarboxylic acid alkyl ester, and a (poly-)alkylene glycol monoalkyl ether; and (hydrophilic organic compound II) a compound which has at least one hydroxyl base and which is more hydrophilic than said hydrophilic organic compound I.
