Abstract:

Disclosed is a resin film 10 containing a polyimide-based polymer. When a photoirradiation test for radiating a predetermined light to the resin film 10 from a principal surface 10a side thereof is performed, the resin film satisfies the following conditions: (i) the resin film after the photoirradiation test has a transmittance of at least 85% of light having a wavelength of 550 nm, and (ii) the resin film before the photoirradiation test has a degree of yellowing of 5 or lower and the difference in the degree of yellowing of the resin film after the photoirradiation test is less than 2.5.
