Abstract:
[Problem] To allow the shape accuracy, such as roundness, to be high, and enable inhibition of generation of a weld line, even when injection molding is performed by using a single gate, and to improve the efficiency of utilization of a resin material. [Solution] In a resin gear 1, a first annular rib 10 and a second annular rib 11, which are concentric with a boss 3, are formed on a lateral surface 2b on one side of a web 2. The web 2 has an inner web part 13 coupling the first annular rib 10 and the second annular rib 11 with each other, and an outer web part 14 coupling the second annular rib 11 and a rim 6 with each other. The inner web part 13 is formed such that the thickness thereof gradually decreases from one intersection 16 toward the other intersection 17, each intersection 16, 17 being an intersection of an imaginary radial direction line 15, which passes the center of the boss 3, and the second annular rib 11. On a lateral surface 10c of the first annular rib 10, only a single gate mark 20a is formed, due to injection molding, at a position that is on the outer side, in the radial direction, relative to a first tooth part 5 and that is closer to the other intersection 17, between the intersections on the imaginary radial direction line 15.
