A resin holder (13) is provided with a pair of ring parts (30, 30) arranged at an interval (Lc) in an axial direction and a plurality of column parts (31) having one end thereof connected to one ring part and the other end thereof connected to the other ring part, each of the one and the other ring parts being injection-molded by a resin. Assuming that, among pockets (14) partitioned by the column parts (31, 31) adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction of the holder, an interval between a pocket surface (33) of one column part and a pocket surface (33) of the other column part is defined as (Lp), the column parts (31) include one end (32) of an axial dimension (Lp) equal to the interval (Lp), the other end (32) of the axial dimension (Lp) equal to the interval (Lp), and a central range of a remaining axial dimension (Lc – 2Lp) based on the interval (Lp) and the interval (Lc). An unsolidified resin injected into a mold corresponding to the holder meets at a plurality of spots to constitute welds (31w, 31w, …, 31y). Among the plurality of welds, a lastly-meeting final weld (31y) exists at the central range of the axial dimension (Lc – 2Lp) of the column parts (31).
