Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a resin-made packaging container having a composite silicon oxide film and a composite metal oxide film, which has excellent gas barrier performance and water vapor barrier performance and is rarely deteriorated. [Solution] A resin-made packaging container which has a composite silicon oxide film formed by employing an atomic layer deposition method, wherein the packaging container has a first silicon oxide film that contains silicon dioxide as the main component thereof and a second silicon oxide film that is formed on the first silicon oxide film and has a structure having a higher density than that of the structure of the first silicon oxide film, and the second silicon oxide film is a film having a different photoelectron spectrum from that of the first silicon oxide film.
