Title:
RESIN MOLDING MEMBER AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/124417
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A production method for a resin molding member, the method comprising: an insert member molding step for molding an insert member (10, 50) by stacking layers of a base resin containing continuous fibers by means of a 3D printer; a positioning step for positioning the insert member (10, 50) in a cavity (C, C10) of an injection-molding die; and a resin part molding step for molding a resin part (9, 39) which is integrated with the insert member (10, 50) by filling an injection-molding resin in the cavity (C, C10), wherein, in the resin part molding step, the insert member (10, 50) is disposed on the surface of a weld area (W1, W2) formed in the resin part (9, 39) such that the continuous fibers of the insert member (10, 50) are oriented in a direction that extends across the weld area (W1, W2).
