Abstract:

This production method for a resin substrate with a coating includes: a step in which a surface treatment gas which includes at least fluorine gas is supplied to a resin substrate (20) that includes a reinforced fiber material (10), whereby embrittled regions are formed in the surface of the resin substrate (20) and at least a portion of the reinforced fiber material (10) present near the surface of the resin substrate (20) is modified; a step in which at least the embrittled regions are removed, whereby an irregular surface is formed on the resin substrate (20) and the reinforced fiber material (10) is at least partially exposed in the irregular surface; and a step in which a coating (50) is formed upon the irregular surface of the resin substrate (20).
