Abstract:
Provided is a resin substrate which has a silicone-based hard coat layer provided thereon with a primer layer therebetween and which exhibits excellent scratch resistance, the hard coat layer exhibiting excellent weather resistances such as weather-resistant tight adhesion and weather-resistant anti-crack properties. Also provided is a process for the production of the resin substrate.
A resin substrate which is provided with a primer layer that comprises an acrylic polymer as the main component, a hard coat layer that comprises a cured organopolysiloxane as the main component, and an intermediate layer lying therebetween, said intermediate layer being a layer that consists of a mixture of the components constituting the primer layer with the components constituting the hard coat layer and that has a film thickness satisfying the relationship: Mt/Ht = 0.05 to 1.0 [wherein Ht is the film thickness of the hard coat layer and Mt is the film thickness of the intermediate layer].
