Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a resistance spot welding method. The present invention relates to a resistance spot welding method for joining two or more steel sheets including at least one galvanized steel sheet. Electrification involves a first electrification step and a second electrification step. In the first electrification step, a nugget having a nugget diameter of 3√t to 4.5√t is formed by setting a current value I1 (kA) and an electrification time, where t is the thickness of the thinnest steel sheet among the stacked steel sheets. In the second electrification step, the nugget is expanded by repeating a cooling step for maintaining a non-electrified state for 10 ms to 160 ms (exclusive of 160) and an electrification step for electrifying for 20 ms to 200 ms (exclusive of 200) at a current value I2 (kA) equal to or greater than the current value I1 (kA).
