Abstract:
Disclosed is a resistance substrate clamp, comprising a bearing mechanism, a positioning mechanism connected to the bearing mechanism, and a bonding mechanism connected to the bearing mechanism, wherein the bearing mechanism comprises a carrier and a panel mounted on the carrier; the panel contains a main bearing part; the panel is connected to several orientation members corresponding to an edge of the main bearing part; the positioning mechanism is used for pushing a resistance substrate such that the resistance substrate is bonded to the orientation members; the bonding mechanism comprises at least two side pressing assemblies arranged corresponding to the panel; a side pressing assembly comprises a guide block connected to the bearing mechanism, a side connecting block slidably connected to the guide block, a pressing plate connected to the side connecting block, and a first elastic member connected to the bearing mechanism; the pressing plate is arranged corresponding to the edge of the main bearing part; and the first elastic member is further connected to the side connecting block. The pressing plate is pressed against the edge of the main bearing part by means of the tension of the first elastic member, and the pressing plate makes an edge of the resistance substrate be bonded to the main bearing part, such that the resistance substrate and the panel are excellently bonded, thereby reducing a deviation caused by the bending of the resistance substrate, and improving the resistance repair quality.
