Abstract:
A resonant element (1) is provided with: a first plane electrode (101); a second plane electrode (102); a third plane electrode (103); a first via electrode (110) forming a first inductor (L1); a second inductor (L2); and a third inductor (L3). The first via electrode (110) connects the first plane electrode (101) and the second plane electrode (102), and each of the second inductor (L2) and the third inductor (L3) connects the first plane electrode (101) and the third plane electrode (103). The third plane electrode (103) forms a first capacitor (C1) together with the second plane electrode (102), the second inductor (L2) is formed from second via electrodes (121 to 123), and the third inductor (L3) is formed from third via electrodes (131 to 133). Each of the second via electrodes (121 to 123) and the third via electrodes (131 to 133) is a columnar conductor extending in the direction in which the first via electrode (110) extends.
