Abstract:
A resonant impact electric linear impact apparatus, comprising a cylindrical core (20), a columnar core (23), coils (8, 9), a shaft (12), a housing (1), and a resonant impact current coil (54). Both the cylindrical core and the columnar core are a multi-segment annular pole, and the coils have a simple annular shape, consuming fewer materials. One of the cylindrical core and the columnar core is a magnetizer core provided with a resonant impact current coil, and the other is a permanent magnet core or a magnetizer core provided with a direct current coil; the magnetizer core is formed by fixing a silicon steel sheet stacking assembly (37) by means of aluminum casting, allowing a simple and compact structure. The power of the resonant impact current coil is supplied by a resonant impact commutation current circuit (18) which is controlled by movable member position sensors (16, 17) to output a commutation current or a discontinuous current. The direction of the current or on/off of the current in the resonant impact current coil is transformed synchronously with the motion direction of the movable member in the manner of resonant impact, and electric power is directly applied on linear impact motion, improving electric power efficiency. The resonant impact electric linear impact apparatus can be applied on a rock drilling machine, a down-hole driller, a vibration impact piling hammer, an impact driller, and a vibration device, etc.
