The resonant receiving antenna has an annular magnetic core that forms a closed magnetic path having one gap, one or multiple coils wound around the aforementioned annular magnetic core, and capacitors connected in parallel to both ends of each of the coils. The angle formed by a straight line which extends from the geometric center of the aforementioned annular magnetic core to the center of the aforementioned coil with respect to a straight line which extends from the geometric center of the aforementioned annular magnetic core to the center of the aforementioned gap is in the range of 10‑90°.
