Abstract:
This resonant structure comprises: a first conductor; a second conductor opposing the first conductor in a first direction; one or more third conductors positioned between the first conductor and the second conductor and expanding along a first plane including the first direction; and a fourth conductor connected to the first conductor and the second conductor and expanding along the first plane. The first conductor and the second conductor extend along a second direction that intersects the first plate. The first conductor and the second conductor are configured to be capacitively coupled via the one or more third conductors. The one or more third conductors are asymmetric with respect to a third direction that intersects the first direction in the first plane.
