Abstract:
A resonator, a filter (1010), and an electronic device (100), which relate to the technical field of harmonic suppression and can reduce spurious modes of the resonator between a resonant point and an anti-resonant point. The resonator comprises: a piezoelectric substrate (200) and an interdigital transducer (01); the interdigital transducer (01) comprises: a plurality of first interdigital electrodes (11) and a plurality of second interdigital electrodes (12) alternately in sequence and arranged side by side in a first direction (XX'); a first bus bar (10) and a second bus bar (20) distributed on different sides of the plurality of interdigital electrodes (T) in a direction (YY') that is perpendicular to the first direction, the first bus bar (10) being connected to the first interdigital electrodes (11), and the second bus bar (20) being connected to the second interdigital electrodes (12); and a first piston (1) and a second piston (3) disposed on upper surfaces of two end portions of the first interdigital electrodes (11), and a third piston (3) and a fourth piston (4) disposed on upper surfaces of two end portions of the second interdigital electrodes (12), the first piston (1) being closer to the first bus bar (10) relative to the second piston (2), the third piston (3) being closer to the first bus bar (1) relative to the fourth piston (4), the length of the first piston (1) being different from that of the third piston (3), and the length of the second piston (2) being different from that of the fourth piston (4).
