Abstract:
A resonator comprises: a first resonator unit, a second resonator unit, and an insulating member, wherein a difference between an operation frequency of the first resonator unit and an operation frequency of the second resonator unit is less than a pre-determined frequency difference. The first resonator unit comprises an upper cavity cover and an upper resonator tube, one end of the upper resonator tube is fixed to the upper cavity cover, and another end of the upper resonator tube is open-circuited. The second resonator unit comprises a cavity and a lower resonator tube, one end of the lower resonator tube is fixed to a bottom portion of the cavity, and another end of the lower resonator tube is open-circuited. The lower resonator tube is situated respectively at the interior and exterior of the upper resonator tube, and a center axis of the upper resonator tube coincides with a center axis of the lower resonator tube. The insulating member is filled between the upper resonator tube and the lower resonator tube and used to isolate the upper resonator tube from the lower resonator tube. The resonator of the present application has a reduced volume, and is applicable to miniature base station filters. The present application further provides a filter.
